This one-day face-to-face (only) seminar typically follows the 2-day VTS seminar. It can also be offered on its own, upon request. One part of the seminar provides an introduction to Dr. Mark Madsen’s approach to manual manipulations in voice training, grounded in techniques of acupressure. The complementary part of the seminar provides an introduction to Dr. Arthur Lessac’s body and vocal “energies” (NRGs). Both approaches are seminal for vocal health, and substantially supplement basic LMRVT and VTS modalities. The course provides both information on the scientific foundations for the approaches as well as substantial hands-on practice with the techniques.
